Halloween 2008 - Part 1: Angie Gold's Scary Pop

In this, the first of a two-part Halloween 2008 Video Pop Special, I present you with two spooky pop songs courtesy of Italo disco queen Angie Gold.

First up is "Haunted House," which features some very Halloween-y imagery (but is really about a relationship). Catchy stuff, especially the synth arpeggios.

Next is "Don't Talk To Strangers," which is not as Halloween-oriented, but is actually more disturbing. While it's also less catchy than "Haunted House," the lyrics are so bizarre and perverted that I had to include it. Not sure what to make of it, but it did afford me the opportunity to insert a Cryptkeeper-caliber pun into the title of this post, so that's fun.

Tomorrow: Part 2 of the Halloween 2008 Video Pop Special, featuring the catchiest and greatest horror-themed song of all-time, ever. Don't miss it!

Until then, pleasant screams!
